President Barack Obama has spent much of his career fighting to strengthen civil rights as a civil rights attorney, community organizer, Illinois State Senator, U.S. Senator, and now as President. Whether promoting economic opportunity, working to improve our nation's education and health system, or protecting the right to vote, President Obama has been a powerful advocate for our civil rights.
* Combat Employment Discrimination: President Obama and Vice President Biden will work to overturn the Supreme Court's recent ruling that curtails racial minorities' and women's ability to challenge pay discrimination. They will also pass the Fair Pay Act, to ensure that women receive equal pay for equal work, and the Employment Non-Discrimination Act, to prohibit discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity or expression.
* Expand Hate Crimes Statutes: President Obama and Vice President Biden will strengthen federal hate crimes legislation, expand hate crimes protection by passing the Matthew Shepard Act, and reinvigorate enforcement at the Department of Justice's Criminal Section.
* End Deceptive Voting Practices: President Obama will sign into law his legislation that establishes harsh penalties for those who have engaged in voter fraud and provides voters who have been misinformed with accurate and full information so they can vote.
* End Racial Profiling: President Obama and Vice President Biden will ban racial profiling by federal law enforcement agencies and provide federal incentives to state and local police departments to prohibit the practice.
* Reduce Crime Recidivism by Providing Ex-Offender Support: President Obama and Vice President Biden will provide job training, substance abuse and mental health counseling to ex-offenders, so that they are successfully re-integrated into society. Obama and Biden will also create a prison-to-work incentive program to improve ex-offender employment and job retention rates.
* Eliminate Sentencing Disparities: President Obama and Vice President Biden believe the disparity between sentencing crack and powder-based cocaine is wrong and should be completely eliminated.
* Expand Use of Drug Courts: President Obama and Vice President Biden will give first-time, non-violent offenders a chance to serve their sentence, where appropriate, in the type of drug rehabilitation programs that have proven to work better than a prison term in changing bad behavior.

* Expand Hate Crimes Statutes: In 2004, crimes against LGBT Americans constituted the third-highest category of hate crime reported and made up more than 15 percent of such crimes. President Obama cosponsored legislation that would expand federal jurisdiction to include violent hate crimes perpetrated because of race, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, or physical disability. As a state senator, President Obama passed tough legislation that made hate crimes and conspiracy to commit them against the law.
* Fight Workplace Discrimination: President Obama supports the Employment Non-Discrimination Act, and believes that our anti-discrimination employment laws should be expanded to include sexual orientation and gender identity. While an increasing number of employers have extended benefits to their employees' domestic partners, discrimination based on sexual orientation in the workplace occurs with no federal legal remedy. The President also sponsored legislation in the Illinois State Senate that would ban employment discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation.
* Support Full Civil Unions and Federal Rights for LGBT Couples: President Obama supports full civil unions that give same-sex couples legal rights and privileges equal to those of married couples. Obama also believes we need to repeal the Defense of Marriage Act and enact legislation that would ensure that the 1,100+ federal legal rights and benefits currently provided on the basis of marital status are extended to same-sex couples in civil unions and other legally-recognized unions. These rights and benefits include the right to assist a loved one in times of emergency, the right to equal health insurance and other employment benefits, and property rights.
* Oppose a Constitutional Ban on Same-Sex Marriage: President Obama voted against the Federal Marriage Amendment in 2006 which would have defined marriage as between a man and a woman and prevented judicial extension of marriage-like rights to same-sex or other unmarried couples.
* Repeal Don't Ask-Don't Tell: President Obama agrees with former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff John Shalikashvili and other military experts that we need to repeal the "don't ask, don't tell" policy. The key test for military service should be patriotism, a sense of duty, and a willingness to serve. Discrimination should be prohibited. The U.S. government has spent millions of dollars replacing troops kicked out of the military because of their sexual orientation. Additionally, more than 300 language experts have been fired under this policy, including more than 50 who are fluent in Arabic. The President will work with military leaders to repeal the current policy and ensure it helps accomplish our national defense goals.
* Expand Adoption Rights: President Obama believes that we must ensure adoption rights for all couples and individuals, regardless of their sexual orientation. He thinks that a child will benefit from a healthy and loving home, whether the parents are gay or not.
* Promote AIDS Prevention: In the first year of his presidency, President Obama will develop and begin to implement a comprehensive national HIV/AIDS strategy that includes all federal agencies. The strategy will be designed to reduce HIV infections, increase access to care and reduce HIV-related health disparities. The President will support common sense approaches including age-appropriate sex education that includes information about contraception, combating infection within our prison population through education and contraception, and distributing contraceptives through our public health system. The President also supports lifting the federal ban on needle exchange, which could dramatically reduce rates of infection among drug users. President Obama has also been willing to confront the stigma -- too often tied to homophobia -- that continues to surround HIV/AIDS.
* Empower Women to Prevent HIV/AIDS: In the United States, the percentage of women diagnosed with AIDS has quadrupled over the last 20 years. Today, women account for more than one quarter of all new HIV/AIDS diagnoses. President Obama introduced the Microbicide Development Act, which will accelerate the development of products that empower women in the battle against AIDS. Microbicides are a class of products currently under development that women apply topically to prevent transmission of HIV and other infections.

Crop Production and Water
Although the deyr rains (October to November 2008) have brought much relief in terms of availing pasture and water in Somali Region (potentially addressing concerns over livestock survival in the current jilaal (dry) season), their contribution in terms of reducing overall food insecurity was insignificant, notes the January DPPS/SC UK Food Security Update. The failure of 2007 and 2008 rains, led to low livestock reproduction rate and high mortality and miscarriage levels in the dry seasons (jilaal and hagaa) of 2008. Crop production, despite the deyr rains, was severely constrained by shortage of seeds, early cessation of the rains and floods in the riverine areas. Harvests were below normal in most parts of Jijiga zone; while crops in Kebribeyah, Southern Babile and Shinile zones have failed due to poor rains, notes the regional update. Additionally, pocket areas including some kebeles in Aysha and Bokh woredas that are currently dependent on water trucking interventions continue to face severe water shortages. In response to water shortages in the Region, the Regional Water Bureau constructed borehole in Bokh woreda of Warder zone and the Ogaden Welfare and Development Association (OWDA) is constructing cisterns for rain water harvesting in Kebridehar woreda and hand-dug wells in Degehabur woreda with support from UNICEF. In addition, within the framework of the integrated Water, Sanitation and Health (WASH) schools project, construction of cisterns in seven schools in Gode Town has been finalized. Humanitarian partners with support from UNICEF are also undertaking construction of hand-dug wells, latrines and water points in primary schools in Jijiga, UNICEF reports.
The unseasonable rains in early November 2008 benefited late planted crops in most parts of the country, however, they have not significantly improved crop yields in some eastern parts of the country. In East and West Harerghe zones of Oromiya, production yields obtained from this year's meher crops, including sorghum and maize, are very low compared to average production rates, according to CARE's latest food security and Livelihood Update. Sorghum and maize normally contributed for 55
percent and 88 percent, respectively, of the total seasonal production in the areas.

WFP reports that 74 percent of the November Relief allocations have been dispatched countrywide as of 20 January 2009 including Afder and Liben zones in Somali Region which are covered by the Disaster Management and Food Security Sector (DMFSS). A total of 54,379 MT of food commodities were allocated for December 2008 for all regions. Available monitoring report from Somali Region indicates that 4,047 MT of food commodities have been dispatched to the region thus far.
WFP continues to face resource shortfalls for 2009 for Relief 345,876 MT (US$ 290.6 million), Productive Safety Net Program (PSNP) 54,655 MT (US$ 47.2 million), Targeted Supplementary Food (TSF) programs 41,710 MT (US$ 36.1 million) and Urban HIV/AIDS 10,039 MT (US$ 8.7 million). Meanwhile a total of 154,977 MT of mixed commodities comprising 117,492 MT of cereals, 5,000 MT of pulses, 26,715 MT of blended food and 5,770 MT of oil are expected to arrive in the country from January on. Currently, the total WFP in-country stock stands at 55,933 MT including 15,664 MT in hubs in Somali Region, while DMFSS in-country stock amounts to 40,156 of which free stock is 7,547 MT. Available stock at the Ethiopian Food Security ReserveAdministration (EFSRA) totals 111,179 MT as at 21 January 2009. The impact of resource shortfalls has resulted in reduced rations applied since July 2008. In addition, the November relief ration has excluded pulses and oil (the Decemberallocation will contain all commodities, however, at a reduced ration). In 2009, WFP plans to support 3.8 million conflict-affected people in Darfur with approximately 516,000 mt of food assistance. The bulk of this assistance will be provided through General Food Distributions to IDPs living in camps and host communities, as well as to poor rural households. Nutrition support will also continue to malnourished women and children through the Supplementary and Blanket Supplementary Feeding programmes. School children will also continue to receive daily cooked meals at school to encourage enrolment and regular attendance. Where the security situation allows, WFP plans to support rural communities with small-scale recovery projects to rehabilitate community infrastructure.
In 2008, the NFI & ES Common Pipeline in Darfur supported a total of 232,390 IDP households who required replenishment, 52,101 newly-displaced households and 26,964 households of other categories such as disaster-affected populations, extremely vulnerable persons, refugees, organized and spontaneous returns, and vulnerable host communities. Of the households supported, 31% were located in North Darfur, 42% in South Darfur and 27% in West Darfur. In total 1,224,159 non-food items and emergency shelter were distributed throughout the region, considerably less than in 2007,which reflects the introduction of the policy of targeted distributions

In collaboration with UNICEF, the State Ministry of Education has provided 280 desks and benches, 20 chalkboards, and sets of office furniture to eight communities across the state, as part of the ongoing Child-Friendly Community Initiative (CFCI) that encourages community leadership in providing social services. Twenty new classrooms have been constructed in these communities. In addition, the State Ministry of Education has provided 204 sets of classroom furniture to a further 12 schools operated through the CFCI programme.

World Vision mobilised community members to construct two classrooms at

Mercy Corps in Zallingei trained 160 girls in crochet handiwork in Hassa Hissa and Hamidiya camps. They also delivered messages on breastfeeding to 80 mothers in Hamedia camp, and trained 90 children from the two Child Friendly Spaces in Hassa Hissa camp in personal hygiene.

Despite the deteriorating security conditions in the state, WFP trucks have dispatched 94% of the planned tonnage for this month. Distributions have so far occurred with minimal disruptions. WFP is working with partners to ensure capacity building for local Food Aid Management Committees (FAMCs) who carry out food distributions when insecurity prevents WFP or NGO access. Plans are underway to re-elect community members to FAMCs and carry out trainings. Nutrition food preparation hand books were distributed to schools participating in WFP's Food for Education (FFE) programme as well as to nutrition feeding centres in an attempt to improve the use of WFP food commodities. FFE programme management and reporting trainings were completed for school feeding focal points in WFP supported schools in Saraf Omra and Serief Bin Hussein localities.

KENYA FAMINE RESPONSE January 28, 2009
SITUATION: The government of Kenya has declared a famine, and issued aninternationalappeal for food assistance to ensure that the nutritional needs of 10 million Kenyans are met until the end of August 2009. This is a substantial portionof the population of some 37 million.
The 10 million persons affected by food insecurity in Kenya right now are asfollows: 3.5 million directly affected by an ongoing drought; an additional 1.5 millionchildren dependent on a school feeding program; an additional 2.5 millionvulnerable Kenyans suffering from various diseases including HIV/AIDS; and another 2.5 million urban poor having trouble making ends meet.
Compounding these problems, according to humanitarian groups: The increasing cost of food and non-food items like fertilizer; further crop failures; political conflicts in the pastoral areas; and continued post-national election violence that has severely affected the planting seasons in many parts of the Rift Valley province. Farmers are afraid to return to their fields given the ongoing violence and threats.
The lack of seasonal rains mean that dams have dried up, women trek long distancesin search of water, and livestock has been decimated. As a result of theseconditions,food is now at a premium: A 90-kilogram bag of maize is now selling for $72, at a cost that few can afford.An assessment recently conducted by Church World Service East Africa concludes: "There is serious need for emergency food relief; supplementary feeding for those five and under and the aged; rehabilitation of dry water pans (or basins); and construction of water retaining structures (or sand dams)."
CWS RESPONSE: Church World Service East Africa is responding to this emergency,working with local partners, including the National Council of Churches of Kenya (NCCK), the Kenya Evangelical Lutheran Church (KELC), the Community RuralInitiative (CRI) and the Anglican Church of Kenya (ACK), providing assistance to affected families in the agricultural districts of Makueni and Mwingi in Kenya's Eastern Province.

++ The ACK portion of the CWS program is for the provision of food
assistance including corn and beans for 3,600 persons at $65,064.
Total number of beneficiaries: 20,237. Total budget for project is $252,099, which includes the costs of the four partners activities plus CWS coordination and monitoring costs ($4,943).
LONG-TERM PLANS
While assessing needs in the Eastern Province, the CWS team encountered a sand dam that was part of CWS-supported drought mitigation measures begun in 2006. This sand dam, which is the only remaining water source for the Ing*oini village of about 500 households, is still holding water today despite the current drought.
CWS recognizes the beneficial impact of drought mitigation measures like this water conservation effort and wants to encourage partners to construct similar sand dams in each of the currently affected areas.
CWS is in discussion with the affected communities and hopes, through a later longer-term appeal, to secure support for the construction of sand dams in many of these communities in coming months.

SITUATION: The government of Kenya has declared a famine, and issued aninternationalappeal for food assistance to ensure that the nutritional needs of 10 million Kenyans are met until the end of August 2009. This is a substantial portionof the population of some 37 million.
The 10 million persons affected by food insecurity in Kenya right now are asfollows: 3.5 million directly affected by an ongoing drought; an additional 1.5 millionchildren dependent on a school feeding program; an additional 2.5 millionvulnerable Kenyans suffering from various diseases including HIV/AIDS; and another 2.5 million urban poor having trouble making ends meet.
Compounding these problems, according to humanitarian groups: The increasing cost of food and non-food items like fertilizer; further crop failures; political conflicts in the pastoral areas; and continued post-national election violence that has severely affected the planting seasons in many parts of the Rift Valley province. Farmers are afraid to return to their fields given the ongoing violence and threats.
The lack of seasonal rains mean that dams have dried up, women trek long distancesin search of water, and livestock has been decimated. As a result of theseconditions,food is now at a premium: A 90-kilogram bag of maize is now selling for $72, at a cost that few can afford.An assessment recently conducted by Church World Service East Africa concludes: "There is serious need for emergency food relief; supplementary feeding for those five and under and the aged; rehabilitation of dry water pans (or basins); and construction of water retaining structures (or sand dams)."
CWS RESPONSE: Church World Service East Africa is responding to this emergency,working with local partners, including the National Council of Churches of Kenya (NCCK), the Kenya Evangelical Lutheran Church (KELC), the Community RuralInitiative (CRI) and the Anglican Church of Kenya (ACK), providing assistance to affected families in the agricultural districts of Makueni and Mwingi in Kenya's Eastern Province.

ZIMBABWE: Worst-case cholera scenario getting worse 26 January 2009
JOHANNESBURG, 26 January 2009 (IRIN) - Zimbabwe's worst-case cholerascenario, as predicted by the World Health Organisation, is likely to besurpassed within a few weeks and there are still about two months of therainy season left.
In December 2008 the WHO said cholera cases could balloon to 60,000before the rainy season ended in March 2009, but Gregory H=E4rtl,spokesman for the organisation's Epidemic and Pandemic Alert andResponse office in Geneva, told IRIN that as of 25 January, 53,306cholera cases and 2,872 deaths had been recorded since the outbreak began in August 2008.
Cholera, an easily treatable waterborne disease, thrives in poorsanitary conditions and is expected to remain a feature until Zimbabwe'srainy season subsides.
The Herald, a state-owned daily newspaper, trumpeted in its 26 Januaryedition that cholera was on the "retreat" in the capital, Harare, butcautioned that "Cholera is still present in the city, especially thesouthwestern suburbs, and any relaxation in our guard and our efforts will see the caseload explode."
However, H=E4rtl said the conditions causing Zimbabwe's cholera outbreakremained in place. "The systemic underinvestment in water and sanitationinfrastructure and the health system ... These conditions will notchange overnight."
Zimbabwe's cholera death toll has now exceeded the number of people whohave died from the disease in the entire African continent over severalyears: in 2001 (2,590 deaths), 2003 (1,884), 2004 (2,331) and 2005(2,230), according to the WHO. Figures for 2006, 2007 and 2008 were notavailable.
Africa had 4,610 cholera deaths in 2000, and 4,551 in 2002.
The disease has also spread to neighbouring countries. South Africa'sHealth Minister, Barbara Hogan, told a local television station that thecountry's cholera outbreak was a consequence of the spread of the disease from neighbouring Zimbabwe.
According to local media reports, between 15 November and 24 January,5,696 cases were diagnosed in South Africa and 36 people died.
The South African National Institute for Communicable Diseases (NICD)notes on its website that the disease strain in both South Africa andZimbabwe is Vibrio cholerae O1 serotype Ogawa biotype El Tor.
The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs(OCHA) said in its regional update on 23 January 2009 that ninecountries in the Southern Africa region were reporting cholera cases:Angola, Botswana, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Swaziland,Zambia and Zimbabwe.
"Trans-border infections have been recorded and cholera is becomingendemic (recurrent throughout the year) in most of the affected countries," OCHA said.

IRIN LIBERIA: Markets empty after worm invasion 26 January 2009
GBARNGA, 26 January 2009 (IRIN) - Army worms have now struck 65 towns across Liberia, leaving in their wake wells contaminated by faeces, fields empty of crops and markets devoid of food.
The worms, which invaded Bong country in central Liberia on 15 January, have spread to Gbarpolu County in the northwest and to Lofa County, which borders Guinea and Sierra Leone.
Crops that remain in the affected Liberian towns - including bananas, plantains, taros and peppers - are not being harvested. "Farmers are now scattered around the area and are no longer harvesting their crops so.there is a shortage of food in the markets," said farmer Massaboi Kollie, who runs a 10-acre taro and pepper farm in the town of Belefanai, which was infested on 23 January.
This leaves market vendors in Bong's capital Gbarnga with nothing to sell. "We are no longer making business. The worms have taken over all the towns where we normally buy bananas, plantains and peppers," said vendor Mamie Morris.
Up to 20,000 people have fled their villages in Bong, Lofa and Gbarpolu counties, according to Liberia's Ministry of Agriculture.
"Life is becoming unbearable for us," Anthony Menkor, 55, told IRIN from Gbarnga, where he fled from Zota District with his 13-member family. "We are relying on the limited crops that are left, and depending on other food being transported in from other regions."
Rising food prices
In Gbarnga the cost of some foods has more than doubled: a large bunch of bananas now cost US$10 up from $4; 1 kg taros that used to cost 38 cents now costs $2.25, according to fruit-seller Annie Sumo.
As much as 75 percent of Zota District has been invaded by the worms, said the district's agricultural commissioner, Joseph Urey.
"There is food shortage right now in my district and we are sending emergency calls for aid agencies to bring water and food to the affected people, who have been displaced from their towns," Urey said.
Fighting the worms
Officials with the ministries of agriculture, health and internal affairs and the Environmental Protection Agency have been spraying affected areas with insecticide, forcing most of the worms into the forest, according to Joseph Queliboh Subah, who manages the government effort to contain the insects.
But this has sparked fear that the worms might cross the borders to Guinea and Sierra Leone.
Subah said only aerial spraying can stem the spread, as insects climb trees to fertilise their eggs."Liberia cannot contain the invasion so the international community has to come in to help with more advanced spraying,"
He said NGOs have not yet responded to appeals for assistance.
Experts from the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) were expected to arrive in the capital Monrovia on 26 January to assess the extent of the damage and decide how to fight the worms, according to FAO's Liberia emergency coordinator Tim Vaesen.

YES WE CAN
"YES WE CAN!"-Barack Obama
Barack Obama, has to be the freshest, stimulating and the most empowering positive person that has stepped into the public eye in the arena of politics . He is a rare breed that dares to speak out against the "Establishment" that has for too long governed the minds of men. In many ways he is giving back the power to the people, enabling them to have a voice and begin to believe in their own truth. For too long the veils of secrecy have hidden the souls of the masses. He now steps out as a beacon of light giving hope not only for America, but the nations around the world.
I use his power as an affirmation, as a stance and an example as he is someone I feel with a presence. Yet we all have a presence and a voice.
As many people begin to awaken, an era of self development and awareness steps in giving the human spirit a wake up call.
I continue to be deeply inspired by many students and clients alike, that the energy that we channel, can and does change lives. In order to find the self or to begin the journey of self discovery, one important ingredient is always added to the recipe of success. That all important ingredient is what encourages us all to develop and change our lives for the better. The ingredient is FOCUS.
Focus enables us to believe in something that we want. It ignites a passion and a thrive for change. It brings in new hope and belief.
The focus of living, of connecting, of being a being of light, has been brushed aside, with the essence of unconditional love swept from our society.
But there is hope.
Many times within workshops or courses I have heard people say, "I cant do that". The moment you send that message to the brain, the mind begins to believe it. It has an overall effect on the body, creating a limiting process. When you send out constant reminders to the self that you cant do something, You believe it. Yet with focus and intention , they realize that they can.
"I believe" was given to us by Martin Luther King, who, perhaps was born before his time. Yet he gave people hope. Many musicians and writers were inspired by his words. Perhaps Barack Obama is the freshest and most invigorating person to step outside of America since then.
Too many people are focusing upon what might happen in years to come. Dont give it energy. Live in the moment, live with the belief, Yes we can!

Luna Eclipse 21st Feb 2008
A lunar eclipse is a time of beginnings, endings, exposure and major changes. It always has something to do with "relationships". The changes are tied to how we relate and will have a lasting impression. Emotions run high, causing upsets and feelings of disorientation. Actions taken often do not have the expected results, but they do bring awareness and enlightenment. The energy of an eclipse is at its strongest during the two days before and three days after its occurrence.
At lunar eclipses we: merge, unite, announce, contact, present ourselves, bring something out into the open, make decisions, engage, rise to the challenge, make an effort, change, get a new perspective, join with others, take on greater challenges, travel at a faster pace, feel restless, feel pressured by deadlines and a buildup of emotions, and experience excitement and crisis.
During a Full Moon, the Sun and Moon are in opposition, also called the Full Phase, indicating the linking of soul to spirit and awareness of purpose gained through relationship with another. A lunar eclipse is a supercharged Full Moon. The blocking of the Moon's reflection of the Sun's light by the Earth suggests that our material viewpoint stands in the way of our "seeing the light". It serves as a reminder that we need to realize how we are held in the dark by virtue of our perspective.
The Sun is in Pisces and the Moon is in Virgo during the total lunar eclipse on February 20. Practicality and logical processes are temporarily out of balance. Harsh realities obscure spiritual ideals and block imaginative solutions. The challenge is to stay open to inspiration regardless of our daily circumstances.

ScienceDaily (Feb. 11, 2008) — People across the western hemisphere may be surprised to see a rust-coloured Moon in the sky on 21 February. Early that morning (the evening of the 20 February for observers in North and South America) will be this year’s first and only total eclipse of the Moon.
In a total lunar eclipse, the Earth, Sun and Moon are almost exactly in line and the Moon is on the opposite side of the Earth from the Sun. The Moon is full, moves into the shadow of the Earth and dims dramatically but usually remains visible, lit by sunlight that passes through the Earth’s atmosphere. Stronger atmospheric scattering of blue light means that the light that reaches the lunar surface is predominantly red in colour so observers on Earth see a Moon that may be brick-coloured, rusty, blood red or sometimes dark grey, depending on terrestrial conditions.
The Moon travels to a similar position every month, but the tilt of the lunar orbit means that it normally passes above or below the terrestrial shadow. A Full Moon is seen but no eclipse takes place.
Lunar eclipses are visible wherever the Moon is above the horizon. The whole of this eclipse will be visible from northwest Africa, Western Europe including the British Isles, the eastern half of North America and the whole of South America. Depending on their location, sky watchers just outside these regions should be able to see at least part of the eclipse too.
In the UK night owls and early risers will both have a chance to watch the eclipse. It begins at 0035 GMT when the Moon enters the lightest part of the Earth’s shadow, the penumbra. Soon after the Moon will have a slight yellowish hue. At 0142 GMT the Moon starts to enter the dark core of the Earth’s shadow, the umbra. At 0301 GMT the Moon will be completely within the umbra – the ‘total’ part of the eclipse has begun. This is the time when it should have an obvious red colour. Mid-eclipse is at 0326 GMT and the total phase ends at 0352 GMT. At 0509 GMT the Moon leaves the umbra and the eclipse ends when the Moon leaves the penumbra at 0617 GMT.
During the eclipse the Moon lies in front of the stars of the constellation of Leo. On the right of the Moon will be the bright star Regulus and on the left will be the planet Saturn.
The lunar eclipse promises to be a spectacular sight and unlike the solar equivalent, the whole event is quite safe to watch and needs no special equipment.

I believe 2008 will be a very exciting year once it gets going and there will be lots of changes on all levels. There will be many Earth changes, political changes and personal changes. THE COMET PLANET
The Ancient world believed in A Mysterious Comet Planet that would pass earth in great intervals, over several thousand years.
The Ancient Sumerians called this Comet Planet, NIBIRU. The Egyptians named it, "THE PLANET OF A MILLION YEARS" and Ancient Babylon renamedit MARDUK, the name of their god.
Actually the Sumerians (circa 3400 BC) believed in a solar system much as we have today, with a round earth revolving around the sun along with eleven other celestial bodies.

In Gen: 6:3,YHWH GOD told Noah, "My Spirit will not always strive with man. Therefore his years will be 120".
Now if we divide 120 years into 432,000 years, we get 3600 years, the time the Sumerians believed it took NIBIRU to make a complete revolution around the Sun as it passes earth.
That means a "year for the Comet Planet" is 3600 years vs. 360/365 days for an earth year. This is almost reminiscent of The Bible where as it reads, "A DAY WITH THE LORD IS AS A 1000 YEARS.
The question now is "When did NIBIRU, The Comet Planet last pass earth?
I speak of The Comet Planet as being real because in The Spring of 2004 ad, NASA announced PLANET "X", the 10th planet exists as a Comet Planet that NASA named "SEDNA".
NASA claims that SEDNA is smaller than Pluto, passes earth every 10,500 years at a safe and harmless distance of 950 million miles.

Countdown Signs
The "pole shift" will not take anyone by surprise, given the plethora of Undeniable Signs that something momentous is around the corner, such as increasing earthquakes and volcanic eruptions, intractable droughts and inexplicable downpours, and most telling of all, an increasing slowing of the Earth's rotation.
Nevertheless, the exact moment, day, or week to disrupt everyone's schedule and head for the hills or farm seems difficult to determine. Are there countdown signs that can be used as a guide? They are indeed.
The most dramatic sign will be a slowing rotation. Where at the present time, this rate is enough to cause an occasional fraction of a second, per year, of adjustment to the world clock, this will soon change.
This increasing slowdown will get diminishing press coverage, as clocks are quietly adjusted behind the scenes and the public allowed to believe their clocks must be running fast.
But there will be a point in time, a few days ahead of when rotation stops, when this will get blatantly obvious.
When one wakes up in the morning, finding it to be dark outside rather than a breaking dawn, yet the clocks in the house and the entire neighborhood confirm that it is indeed the morning hour - this is a countdown sign.
Rotation will completely stop in a day or so, with such a dawn followed by an evening where the Sun seems reluctant to set, setting hours later than usual, and then rotation stops completely.
A second countdown sign is a fine red dust, unmistakable as it cannot be confused with any other natural occurrence.
Ponds and rivers turn red, the blood color mentioned in the Bible's "Book of Revelation", with this iron ore dust giving the water a brackish taste.
This countdown sign comes almost in step with the rapid slowing in rotation, as "the 12th Planet" must be between the Earth and the Sun for the trash in its tail to be sweeping the Earth.
Again, this occurs a day or so before rotation stops, and travel will become difficult if not impossible once it does.
Where coming late, for primitive peoples without mechanical clocks there is a third countdown sign that can be scarcely ignored.
The Earth moans, during her rotation slowing and stoppage, a sound not heard by humans except during earthquakes. Here, the moaning is chronic, essentially continuous, as though under a stress it cannot relieve with an earthquake, yet cannot bear in silence.
For those who question the accuracy of their mechanical clocks, and who may have missed the presence of red dust due to living indoors, this moaning of the Earth is equivalent to the clanging of the fire marshal's bell. Here it comes, ready or not!
First Steps
To the degree that one is able, take yourself to a relatively safe place at least by the time the rotation of the Earth occurs. The timing of this will not take you by surprise, as the "inbound planet will be seen in the sky, unaided by telescope, for 7 weeks prior to the shift".
The day of rotation stoppage is also not a surprise, as clocks and watches will be increasingly poky, and rotation takes a day to stop.
Even if in the wrong place at that time, in that most of the population will be in shock but functioning, one could most likely travel on roads or even rails. Get going to "your safe location", if not there already.
During the week of rotation stoppage, preparations not already made for the hour of the shift can be addressed, with rehearsals.
On the long-day side of the Earth, it will seems like the worst mid-summer days, and on the long-night, colder than expected and one must deal with the dark, so anticipate these situations, depending upon where your location is.
High winds are avoided by being at ground level, in a trench or under an overhang, or the like.
Downpour, deluges, and flooding might occur, depending upon your location, so wherever you are riding out the shift should not be where you will be flooded or drown.
Existing structures are best avoided, so do not plan on being in or under any existing structure. The least structure around you, the better, during quakes. Plan on being prone, not upright, so roll along the ground rather than being dashed.
Having established what you will do when the hour arrives, the next issue is to watch for the hour.
Assign, among your group, at least one individual at all times to watch the skies and for signs.
The tail of the passing planet will curve toward the earth, due to gravity attraction, so some red dusting will occur almost as soon as rotation stoppage occurs.
But when approaching the hour of the shift, the tail lashing will get extreme, with not only red dust but gravel and hail falling.
This is a sign that the shift is very close, within hours, and all should seek shelter under the sod or metal roofs they have constructed over trenches, or under overhangs.
It is not necessary for all to be prone, for hours, if watching the skies is ongoing and by competent individuals. Children, in particular, should be allowed to release their energy in play, but keep them close and within voice call.
The separating of the crust from the core is unmistakable, in that jiggling can be felt, and the stars or the Sun or whatever visible in the sky will move. It is at this point that preparations for the shift itself should be made.
Lie down, keeping children firmly in hand so they cannot panic and run out into the wind or lashing tail.
Singing loudly in a group sing or some other engrossing activity will help in this regard, and keep the adults from panic also.
Jolting and cracking of nearby trees will be felt and heard, and all should be ignored if the site has been well selected.
At the end of the hour, it will be apparent that it is safe to emerge, as jolting will have stopped. A test can be done against the sky. Have the stars or the Sun stopped moving? Then the shift is past.
How to Identify
In the week or so leading up to rotation stoppage, what can be expected is a continuation of today, extreme weather, quakes in bursts globally, and a gradual slowing of rotation such that clocks never seem to be synched up anymore.
Then the day or days before rotation stoppage will increase this slowdown such that minutes, then hours, then a total stop will occur.
In other words, you will have but two days notice, and the first of those days doubtful as it will involve minutes, not seconds, and clocks being off already this will be a confused point.
It is the day when the Sun sets hours later than expected that should be the trumpet in the skies, the flashing red light, the announcement you have been waiting for that now is the moment to drop all and rush to your safe location.
Up until rotation stops, the crust of the Earth is under stress but dealing with it as before, with increased quakes and weird weather and melting poles, but only a slight increase day to day in these matters.
When rotation stops, the core is trying to turn, the crust locked in place by the approaching Planet X grip on the strong magnetized Atlantic Rift, and dramatic changes occur.
The Earth moans, and the stretch along the Atlantic will snap bridges, tear electric and phone lines, and derail trains. This is where imploding buildings will occur, as the underlying infrastructure will move, collapsing the buildings overhead.
In areas of compression, where mountain building is occurring or along the Pacific Rim, volcanic activity will greatly increase.
A stopped rotation will affect the atmosphere, in that wind current will be more extreme, moving cold air primarily to warm places, which can result in more tornado activity in those areas affected.
Likewise, ocean currents will move differently, cold water rushing more rapidly to those warm areas, and swirling. This will create more hurricane or typhoon type activity in those areas affected.
Given all this, the populace will be greatly distracted, and might miss the next sign to watch for, which is the dusting with red dust that turns rivers and lakes blood red and bitter. This dusting is followed by hail, and stronger quakes as at this point the shift is only days or hours away.
For those not able to see the sky, to gauge motion of the crust during the hour of the shift by a movement of the Sun or Moon or stars, they should at this point be in their trenches, virtually living there.
Obviously, as the shift takes place over an hour, and it is the stop of the crust slide where the huge quakes occur, one can leave to relieve themselves or stretch, but certainly sleeping should be done in the trenches.
At the start of the shift, there is a strong clue that crust shift has started, and this is the uptick in wind.
As the crust moves, the atmosphere resists, and this causes hurricane force winds globally.
Where the wind was stronger than usual during rotation stoppage, this will be unique in that it will come from the direction the crust is moving.
For North America, for instance, the crust will be moving NW, and the hurricane winds comes from that direction. To those confused about direction, take a globe, and rotate the globe accordingly.
There will also be a jiggling in the Earth, a sense of motion, jerking, that will be consistent with crust movement during this hour of the shift.
The hurricane force winds persist for an hour or more after the shift, as the atmosphere adjusts.
Except as a caution to watch for falling structures around you, broken glass, fearful animals that might attack if they feel they are blocked, there is no reason not to emerge from your trenches.
Earth's Magnetic Field Moving Fast

Are we in the midst of a pole shift? Scientists are divided about this, but earth's magnetic field has begun shifting much more rapidly than expected. Earth's magnetic pole flips approximately every 500,000 years, and it has not shifted for 780,000 years, meaning that it's overdue. Unknowncountry.com has previously reported the opinion of some scientists that a new pole shift is now underway.
The American Geophysical Union has announced that Earth's north magnetic pole is rapidly drifting away from North America towards Siberia. This may cause Alaska to lose its Northern Lights. During a pole flip, the magnetic field around the Earth, which shields us from dangerous solar radiation, weakens and may even cease to exist, which would cause major disruptions to communications, and should there be solar flares during this time, possible serious consequences in the form of massive power blackouts, unknown weather phenomena and lethal radiation reaching earth's surface.
Pole shifts are not associated with mass extinctions, however, so this is not a likely consequence of such an event. The human world, however, with all its electrical and electronic devices, would be vulnerable to solar activity in ways that ancient life was not.
The magnetic poles are generated by liquid iron in Earth's core and are different from the geographic poles. From studies of rock, geologists know that the magnetic poles have often migrated and even flipped in the past, but why this happens is still unknown.
Countdown Signs
The "pole shift" will not take anyone by surprise, given the plethora of Undeniable Signs that something momentous is around the corner, such as increasing earthquakes and volcanic eruptions, intractable droughts and inexplicable downpours, and most telling of all, an increasing slowing of the Earth's rotation.
Nevertheless, the exact moment, day, or week to disrupt everyone's schedule and head for the hills or farm seems difficult to determine. Are there countdown signs that can be used as a guide? They are indeed.
The most dramatic sign will be a slowing rotation. Where at the present time, this rate is enough to cause an occasional fraction of a second, per year, of adjustment to the world clock, this will soon change.
This increasing slowdown will get diminishing press coverage, as clocks are quietly adjusted behind the scenes and the public allowed to believe their clocks must be running fast.
But there will be a point in time, a few days ahead of when rotation stops, when this will get blatantly obvious.
When one wakes up in the morning, finding it to be dark outside rather than a breaking dawn, yet the clocks in the house and the entire neighborhood confirm that it is indeed the morning hour - this is a countdown sign.
Rotation will completely stop in a day or so, with such a dawn followed by an evening where the Sun seems reluctant to set, setting hours later than usual, and then rotation stops completely.
A second countdown sign is a fine red dust, unmistakable as it cannot be confused with any other natural occurrence.
Ponds and rivers turn red, the blood color mentioned in the Bible's "Book of Revelation", with this iron ore dust giving the water a brackish taste.
This countdown sign comes almost in step with the rapid slowing in rotation, as "the 12th Planet" must be between the Earth and the Sun for the trash in its tail to be sweeping the Earth.
Again, this occurs a day or so before rotation stops, and travel will become difficult if not impossible once it does.
Where coming late, for primitive peoples without mechanical clocks there is a third countdown sign that can be scarcely ignored.
The Earth moans, during her rotation slowing and stoppage, a sound not heard by humans except during earthquakes. Here, the moaning is chronic, essentially continuous, as though under a stress it cannot relieve with an earthquake, yet cannot bear in silence.
For those who question the accuracy of their mechanical clocks, and who may have missed the presence of red dust due to living indoors, this moaning of the Earth is equivalent to the clanging of the fire marshal's bell. Here it comes, ready or not!
First Steps
To the degree that one is able, take yourself to a relatively safe place at least by the time the rotation of the Earth occurs. The timing of this will not take you by surprise, as the "inbound planet will be seen in the sky, unaided by telescope, for 7 weeks prior to the shift".
The day of rotation stoppage is also not a surprise, as clocks and watches will be increasingly poky, and rotation takes a day to stop.
Even if in the wrong place at that time, in that most of the population will be in shock but functioning, one could most likely travel on roads or even rails. Get going to "your safe location", if not there already.
During the week of rotation stoppage, preparations not already made for the hour of the shift can be addressed, with rehearsals.
On the long-day side of the Earth, it will seems like the worst mid-summer days, and on the long-night, colder than expected and one must deal with the dark, so anticipate these situations, depending upon where your location is.
High winds are avoided by being at ground level, in a trench or under an overhang, or the like.
Downpour, deluges, and flooding might occur, depending upon your location, so wherever you are riding out the shift should not be where you will be flooded or drown.
Existing structures are best avoided, so do not plan on being in or under any existing structure. The least structure around you, the better, during quakes. Plan on being prone, not upright, so roll along the ground rather than being dashed.
Having established what you will do when the hour arrives, the next issue is to watch for the hour.
Assign, among your group, at least one individual at all times to watch the skies and for signs.
The tail of the passing planet will curve toward the earth, due to gravity attraction, so some red dusting will occur almost as soon as rotation stoppage occurs.
But when approaching the hour of the shift, the tail lashing will get extreme, with not only red dust but gravel and hail falling.
This is a sign that the shift is very close, within hours, and all should seek shelter under the sod or metal roofs they have constructed over trenches, or under overhangs.
It is not necessary for all to be prone, for hours, if watching the skies is ongoing and by competent individuals. Children, in particular, should be allowed to release their energy in play, but keep them close and within voice call.
The separating of the crust from the core is unmistakable, in that jiggling can be felt, and the stars or the Sun or whatever visible in the sky will move. It is at this point that preparations for the shift itself should be made.
Lie down, keeping children firmly in hand so they cannot panic and run out into the wind or lashing tail.
Singing loudly in a group sing or some other engrossing activity will help in this regard, and keep the adults from panic also.
Jolting and cracking of nearby trees will be felt and heard, and all should be ignored if the site has been well selected.
At the end of the hour, it will be apparent that it is safe to emerge, as jolting will have stopped. A test can be done against the sky. Have the stars or the Sun stopped moving? Then the shift is past.
How to Identify
In the week or so leading up to rotation stoppage, what can be expected is a continuation of today, extreme weather, quakes in bursts globally, and a gradual slowing of rotation such that clocks never seem to be synched up anymore.
Then the day or days before rotation stoppage will increase this slowdown such that minutes, then hours, then a total stop will occur.
In other words, you will have but two days notice, and the first of those days doubtful as it will involve minutes, not seconds, and clocks being off already this will be a confused point.
It is the day when the Sun sets hours later than expected that should be the trumpet in the skies, the flashing red light, the announcement you have been waiting for that now is the moment to drop all and rush to your safe location.
Up until rotation stops, the crust of the Earth is under stress but dealing with it as before, with increased quakes and weird weather and melting poles, but only a slight increase day to day in these matters.
When rotation stops, the core is trying to turn, the crust locked in place by the approaching Planet X grip on the strong magnetized Atlantic Rift, and dramatic changes occur.
The Earth moans, and the stretch along the Atlantic will snap bridges, tear electric and phone lines, and derail trains. This is where imploding buildings will occur, as the underlying infrastructure will move, collapsing the buildings overhead.
In areas of compression, where mountain building is occurring or along the Pacific Rim, volcanic activity will greatly increase.
A stopped rotation will affect the atmosphere, in that wind current will be more extreme, moving cold air primarily to warm places, which can result in more tornado activity in those areas affected.
Likewise, ocean currents will move differently, cold water rushing more rapidly to those warm areas, and swirling. This will create more hurricane or typhoon type activity in those areas affected.
Given all this, the populace will be greatly distracted, and might miss the next sign to watch for, which is the dusting with red dust that turns rivers and lakes blood red and bitter. This dusting is followed by hail, and stronger quakes as at this point the shift is only days or hours away.
For those not able to see the sky, to gauge motion of the crust during the hour of the shift by a movement of the Sun or Moon or stars, they should at this point be in their trenches, virtually living there.
Obviously, as the shift takes place over an hour, and it is the stop of the crust slide where the huge quakes occur, one can leave to relieve themselves or stretch, but certainly sleeping should be done in the trenches.
At the start of the shift, there is a strong clue that crust shift has started, and this is the uptick in wind.
As the crust moves, the atmosphere resists, and this causes hurricane force winds globally.
Where the wind was stronger than usual during rotation stoppage, this will be unique in that it will come from the direction the crust is moving.
For North America, for instance, the crust will be moving NW, and the hurricane winds comes from that direction. To those confused about direction, take a globe, and rotate the globe accordingly.
There will also be a jiggling in the Earth, a sense of motion, jerking, that will be consistent with crust movement during this hour of the shift.
The hurricane force winds persist for an hour or more after the shift, as the atmosphere adjusts.
Except as a caution to watch for falling structures around you, broken glass, fearful animals that might attack if they feel they are blocked, there is no reason not to emerge from your trenches.
Earth's Magnetic Field Moving Fast

Are we in the midst of a pole shift? Scientists are divided about this, but earth's magnetic field has begun shifting much more rapidly than expected. Earth's magnetic pole flips approximately every 500,000 years, and it has not shifted for 780,000 years, meaning that it's overdue. Unknowncountry.com has previously reported the opinion of some scientists that a new pole shift is now underway.
The American Geophysical Union has announced that Earth's north magnetic pole is rapidly drifting away from North America towards Siberia. This may cause Alaska to lose its Northern Lights. During a pole flip, the magnetic field around the Earth, which shields us from dangerous solar radiation, weakens and may even cease to exist, which would cause major disruptions to communications, and should there be solar flares during this time, possible serious consequences in the form of massive power blackouts, unknown weather phenomena and lethal radiation reaching earth's surface.
Pole shifts are not associated with mass extinctions, however, so this is not a likely consequence of such an event. The human world, however, with all its electrical and electronic devices, would be vulnerable to solar activity in ways that ancient life was not.
The magnetic poles are generated by liquid iron in Earth's core and are different from the geographic poles. From studies of rock, geologists know that the magnetic poles have often migrated and even flipped in the past, but why this happens is still unknown.
2012 and the Mayan Prophecies
This grand cycle of evolution will culminate

This time we are now in has been called "The Time of Trial on Earth," "Judgement Day," "The Time of Great Purification," "The End of this Creation," "The Quickening," "The End of Time as We Know It," "The Shift of the Ages." We are being invited to realize that we are Time. We are the Living Prophecy. The Synchronic Order of Natural Time governs the unfolding of our lives. Science reveals that Earth's base resonant frequency is increasing (Earth's heart-beat), and that the magnetic fields of the planet are dropping - reflected in the shifting migration patterns of animals. These shiftings of the Earth's body allow us to release unwanted baggage - mental, physical and emotional patterns, conditioning, beliefs, attitudes, and programming. Each baktun was its own historical epoch or Age within the Great Creation Cycle, carrying a specific destiny for the evolution of those who incarnated in each baktun. For example, almost all of the Mayan inscriptions were seeded precisely during Baktun 9 (435-830 AD). This era is known as the time of the Classic Maya. After this point, around 830 A.D., the great Mayan centers were abandoned and their thriving culture mysteriously disappeared. To this day, no one can verify or prove why they left or where they went.
The Classic Maya of Baktun 9 were of a specific destiny, distinct from Maya of other times. As Dr. Jose Arguelles writes, "In 830 A.D. the engineering team departed back to space, back to the other dimensions from which the Maya keep their watch on things. Slowly the terrestrial Maya melted back into the jungles. The time of darkness was setting in. Sure enough the conquerors came. By 830 A.D. Warrior tribes who took the ancient name of Toltec, which means Master Builder, entered the Yucatan. War and human sacrifice were introduced."
Earth and her inhabitants are currently travelling through the 13th baktun cycle - the final period of 1618-2012 AD. This cycle is known both as "the triumph of materialism" and "the transformation of matter." The Maya predicted this final baktun would be a time of great forgetting in which we drift very far from our sense of Oneness with Nature and experience a kind of collective amnesia. Like a memory virus in which we begin to believe the limited reality of appearances and grow dense to the spiritual essence which fuels this world, so humanity's sense of ego and domination has grown.
We entered this baktun cycle right after establishing the world wide coordination of Pope Gregory XIII's 12 month calendar system (1582) as well as the perfection of 12 hour 60-minute mechanical clock (1600), which had been evolving for centuries. These are no small matters. According to Valum Votan, these 2 instruments are what manifested humanity's "error in time" which is the following of artificial instruments of time that served to separate man apart from the rest of nature, operating by our own false timing frequency, to the detriment of the natural world.
The Gregorian calendar is not based on logic, science, or nature. It denies and covers up the true annual human biological cycle conserved in the body of woman. It is the current world standard because of the forceful issuance of this system upon conquered (indigenous) peoples who lost their land as well as their religious freedoms. The Gregorian calendar is a product of its predecessors - Julius Caesar's calendar and the earlier Roman Empire calendar.
The clock was the first existing machine - going on to become the heart of all machine technology to come.
The presence of the clock gave birth to the notion that time lies outside our bodies - that it can be tracked by a machine, and that we can sit and watch it "fly" by tick-tock as though it is something linear, containable, and separate from the organic, flowing process of life. The adherence to the clock for our sense of time and timing is noted as the greatest obstacle to allowing the full telepathic abilities of the human to flower.
The coming end date of December 21, 2012 is also written as 13.0.0.0.0. in Mayan long count notation; just like the beginning date.
Scholar and author John Major Jenkins reports,"On 13.0.0.0.0, the December solstice sun will be found in the band of the Milky Way. We can call this an alignment between the galactic plane and the solstice meridian. This is an event that has slowly converged over a period of thousands of years, and is caused by the precession of the equinoxes. The place where the December solstice sun crosses the Milky Way is precisely the location of the "dark-rift in the Milky Way...'xibalba be' - the road to the underworld."
On the winter solstice of 2012, the noonday Sun exactly conjuncts the crossing point of the sun's ecliptic with the galactic plane, while also closely conjuncting the exact the center of the galaxy.
Jenkins further proposes that this grand cross in time is symbolized by the Mayan Tree of Life, found at the core of Mayan cosmology.
We are being invited to realize that we are Time. We are the Living Prophecy. The Synchronic Order of Natural Time governs the unfolding of our lives. Time's cycles are found within our bodies and within Nature's daily rhythms and cyclic seasons. We have forgotten this, thinking that time is money or that time is the clock, or the relentless progression of work weeks and weekends. Time is the ever-changing, unfolding Now as it synchronistically coordinates the Whole living Universe.
These times are so accelerated that no answer could encompass the vast implications of the phase we are in. A range of responses are available to us. Depending on who you talk to and what area you research, one can find all kinds of claims as to what can be expected. From cataclysm to enlightenment, world war to world peace, massive earth changes and physical destruction, to massive spiritual awakening to our inherent oneness, there are many views of the implications of the approaching year 2012, 2013, and beyond. One thing is clear - we are right in the thick of this critical, transformative period! As this date approaches, we are collectively in a transition phase of the old world dying and a new world being born.
This moment on Earth, with all of its heightened energies, has never existed before. The opportunities and challenges of today's world are the climax of all that has preceded us. Never before has the population of this planet increased by 216,000 people a day! Never before has the Earth's biosphere been in such a precarious state. That which seems like normal lifestyle decisions and behaviors are but precedents set by our modern standards - not necessarily reflecting the most balanced, healthy, or sane way to operate. It is for us to decipher how to live our lives with integrity; to determine what truths empower us to model our lives according to our greatest harmonious potential.
All that is manifesting on the inner and outer planes reflects the sacred intensity of these prophetic times. More than ever, the polarities and imbalances within us and around us are becoming clearer. Love, beauty, exuberance, and compassion permeate this world - multi-faceted victories of art, co-creation, community support, healing and evolution shine all around us, illumating the spirited grace of our true nature. Meanwhile, this world is steeped in fear, brutality, pain, and disease - endless anguish of anxiety, separation, disconnection, confusion, isolation - alongside the toxic realities of egoic, callous greed and corruption, materialism, addiction, and dangerous ignorance. This is now the time to embrace all that has been dishonored or denied, for it is emerging to be purified and sanctified. Accountability is required on all levels of our existence. The cosmic climate is changing at rapid rates, allowing us to now transduce and shed egoic programs of fear and limitation easier than in the past.
Science reveals that Earth's base resonant frequency is increasing (Earth's heart-beat), and that the magnetic fields of the planet are dropping - reflected in the shifting migration patterns of animals. These shiftings of the Earth's body allow us to release unwanted baggage - mental, physical and emotional patterns, conditioning, beliefs, attitudes, and programming. Simultaneously, that which we think or desire is becoming actualized more and more swiftly.
A peak point in this time on Earth is what's called the "transition of the biosphere into the no-osphere." According to Russian scientist V.I.Vernadsky,"This is the result of a climax of human self-reflective thought and industry upon the environment, resulting in an exponential change in consciousness in which all becomes revealed and known."

Polarity Integration: the “Universal Game”
Polarity Integration means the integration of two opposites. In our universe the “game for soul evolution” is called Polarity Integration and what we are here to integrate are the two opposites, Light and Dark.
The Light can be described as love, joy, bliss and all the emotions connected with the upper chakras. The Dark can be described as fear, anger, blame, shame and all the emotions connected with the lower chakras.
The Light represents the “reward”, joy, happiness, bliss. The Dark represents the “lesson”, the challenge. Emotional/physical pain, and the emotions of fear and anger are what we must learn to value as part of the lesson.
Compassion is the goal of the game. Compassion is the integration point, the middle point of the two opposites. When the soul reaches true compassion, it feels acceptance for both sides, judging neither as inherently good or bad. Achieving compassion or integration means that a soul sees the value in both the Light and the Dark, and chooses to have both in balanced portions, as part of itself.
Each soul in this universe is playing the Polarity Integration Game in order to achieve spiritual evolution and eventual reunion with Divine Creator, the Source, All that Is.
One of the great challenges of the Polarity Integration Game is finding the value in the Dark. The Dark is the schoolhouse, and the classes are the lessons we desire to learn in order to achieve a balance of both within ourselves.
The other great challenge is our belief that we want to stay in the Light. The Light is like a vacation spot on a tropical island. It is a getaway from the stress and strain of spiritual growth. We were never meant to stay there because staying in the Light would be polarizing to that extreme.
Polarizing to either the Light or Dark stagnates spiritual growth. It also eliminates the ability to procreate since the physical form is then partially emotionally shut down. It takes a balance of both polar opposites to be able to procreate without a problem.
In order to achieve our goal, we all play roles that are Dark and roles that are Light. Otherwise, we could not integrate because we would not have the experience of these opposites.
We achieve our spiritual evolution by incarnating on different planetary schools. Planetary schools have varying degrees of free will and, thus, provide different levels of empowerment. Earth is a planetary school with total free will, thus enabling souls incarnating here to experience the full extent of their creations and choices. Planets with this degree of free will are called “Grand Experiments.” There have only been two others in our universe.
We, the people of Earth, have now reached the end of our planetary game. We must now open up our memory banks to recall the rules of the game.
We have the codes of compassion in our DNA and higher dimensional tools are being given to us to enable us to achieve compassion. Nibiru has returned to fire those dormant codes and open up our memory.
Will we achieve integration? The choice is ours, and if we do, our planet will shift upward dimensionally and the remainder of the universe will follow suit.
